Nari\u00f1o."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Regi\u00f3n de Planeaci\u00f3n y Gesti\u00f3n (RPG) del Bioma Andino Amaz\u00f3nico del Sur de Nari\u00f1o nace del di\u00e1logo y de la capacidad de los municipios para trabajar alrededor de prop\u00f3sitos comunes en torno al ordenamiento territorial, la conservaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de la biodiversidad.<\/p>\n<p>La Subsecretaria de Asistencia T\u00e9cnica acompa\u00f1a esta iniciativa con el prop\u00f3sito de consolidar un escenario de articulaci\u00f3n supramunicipal, desde el cual los municipios de C\u00f3rdoba, Puerres, Potos\u00ed y Funes puedan abordar de manera conjunta retos y oportunidades que trascienden sus l\u00edmites pol\u00edtico-administrativos.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la jornada se revisaron los componentes t\u00e9cnicos, jur\u00eddicos, administrativos y financieros necesarios para la conformaci\u00f3n del esquema asociativo y se orient\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de una hoja de ruta conjunta, que permitir\u00e1 definir responsabilidades, acciones y procedimientos para las siguientes etapas del proceso.<\/p>\n<p>Este ejercicio refleja la voluntad de los municipios de pensar el territorio m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de sus fronteras locales, reconocer intereses compartidos y sumar capacidades para impulsar iniciativas de alcance regional que respondan a las din\u00e1micas, potencialidades y necesidades del sur de
