Asistencia T\u00e9cnica de la Gobernaci\u00f3n de Nari\u00f1o, avanza en la articulaci\u00f3n entre el Observatorio del Plan de Ordenamiento Departamental (POD) de Nari\u00f1o y el Observatorio de la Zona de Integraci\u00f3n Fronteriza Ecuador\u2013Colombia (OZIFEC), con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer el intercambio de informaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica para la planificaci\u00f3n territorial.<\/p><p>Esta coordinaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica e interinstitucional con representantes de OZIFEC, con participaci\u00f3n de la Universidad de Nari\u00f1o, la Universidad Mariana, Prefectura del Gobierno Aut\u00f3nomo Descentralizado (GAD) Provincial del Carchi, Ecuador y equipos profesionales vinculados a los dos observatorios, identifica oportunidades de cooperaci\u00f3n para mejorar la disponibilidad, consulta y aprovechamiento de informaci\u00f3n territorial, especialmente en aspectos relacionados con el ordenamiento territorial, las din\u00e1micas fronterizas y el desarrollo regional.<\/p><p>Avanzamos en la consolidaci\u00f3n de un potencial acuerdo de interoperabilidad entre los observatorios, orientado a facilitar el intercambio de datos, la articulaci\u00f3n de herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas y el fortalecimiento de los sistemas de informaci\u00f3n para apoyar la toma de decisiones.<\/p><p>La meta es avanzar hacia una red de informaci\u00f3n territorial m\u00e1s accesible, conectada y \u00fatil para la gesti\u00f3n del conocimiento y el fortalecimiento de capacidades t\u00e9cnicas, promoviendo el uso de informaci\u00f3n confiable como soporte para la
